Wild boar stew on Atrum

The wild boar is an animal type of the Colli di Luni fauna; to taste the most of its meat needs a long marinating and cooking with spices, flavors of the Mediterranean scrub and a wine of great body structure and tannins. We recommend both for marinating / kitchen for matching in the chalice “Atrum” Rosso Colli di Luni Doc.
